Osiris is the name of an Egyptian king and god. As recounted by the Greek historian Plutarch, he was the son of the goddess of the sky and the god of the earth, which made him a complex, multifaceted being. As the god of abundance, he symbolizes vegetation, whose constant renewal offers humans the bounties of wheat, grapes and trees.
Olfactive Description
Osiris is an ode to the exquisite, enveloping orange blossom. Clementine and pink peppercorn are paired as top notes for an exuberant take-off, offset by the contrasting effect delivered by the voluptuous surprise of sesame. Orange blossom seeps into the middle note with delicious, honeyed reflections. The gentle, comforting fragrance trail is amplified by the strength of cedar wood and guaiac wood.
